Why do people call the Samaritans?

People contact us with all sort of worries and what for someone is a small issues for others it can be huge.

Understandably it can be difficult to open up about sensitive issues. But because we don’t judge or discriminate, you can feel completely comfortable in sharing what you are going through. Our volunteers are here for you – and aren’t afraid to talk abut sensitive and difficult subjects. You don’t have to be suicidal to call us.
